The life lesson number, also called the Life Path number, shows what you’ve come to learn about. Because the life path number shows your lessons and challenges, I prefer calling it the “Life Lesson” number. This number represents themes in life that you’ll be maturing into, and that which take time to refine, understand, and ideally, master.
As a life lesson 6, you are learning about responsibility, balance, and love. Your life path is an interesting one that combines creativity, nurturing, justice/righteousness, and responsibility. You want to create a world that lives up to your ideals on beauty and harmony. You tend to live for love and for service and this Life Lesson number can present challenges in that area of life.
In this life, you are learning about responsibility over yourself and those in your care. Your soul wanted to learn and explore what it means to nurture, serve, and support others. You may have been encumbered with responsibility at a young age, and even felt some sense of stress or resistance towards managing all the mundane tasks life requires.
You have heightened sensitivity and empathy that allows you to be the best of caretakers. You are creative, affectionate, and value harmony. As a 6, you have an innate understanding of balance and a strong desire to achieve balance in all aspects of life. What you come to realize is that no one seems to put the level of detail and care into things that you do. Though you may feel overwhelmed by responsibility and just want to enjoy the good things in life, you are the one who should be taking care of most things…because you care the most.
Challenges for life path 6
Once you get into the groove of meeting your responsibilities, you could become a bit of a control freak. You’re pretty particular about how you want things done. As a visionary type of person, you are often thinking ahead, having a picture in your head. Given your visionary qualities, you’re also a perfectionist.
Though you are naturally nurturing, compassionate, and caring, the domestic arena will still contain some challenges for you, as this is meant to be where you are learning life lessons. You may learn about the limitations and disappointments of love, and what unconditional love really means.
