Sun in 10th is too ambitious to become a monk. 😉 You are not destined to live alone as an ascetic (unless you want to). More realistically you’ll do a lot of spiritual karma in this life, perhaps work remotely or abroad. 7th in 12th doesn’t deny marriage on it’s own, other things need to be considered.

Hi Pia, Darakaraka in a dusthana house does not automatically give it a bad outcome. DK in 8th would probably be the most difficult, but even then not always. My own Darakaraka is also in the 12th. This gave me a spouse who grew up in another country and who has significant planets in the 12th house in his chart. Loss is not the only indication of the 12th. He or she may be an isolated person, or spiritually inclined, or foreign, or have suffered a loss in his/her life or have a lot of planets in their 12th house, like you.
Check your 7th house lord as well as Venus (if you’re a man) or Jupiter (if you’re a woman).
Why is DK in the 8th difficult? My DK is Gemini Sun in 8th with Mercury in there. Thanks!

And yes I am a woman and my Jupiter and Venus both are conjuct in the 11th house in Bharani-4 nakshatra.
