Life Lesson 8

January 14, 2021 By

The life lesson number, also called the Life Path number, shows what you’ve come to learn about. Because the life path number shows your lessons and challenges, I prefer calling it the “Life Lesson” number. This number represents themes in life that you’ll be maturing into, and that which take time to refine, understand, and ideally, master.

As a life lesson 8, you are learning how to manage your personal relationship with power and money. This path is about establishing and building financial security. You seek the freedom that comes from being financially stable. From early on, your drive will center status, achievement, or money in one way or another.

As a life path 8, you likely grew up with a longing to achieve some notable level of recognition, wealth, or even “power”. There was something in you that let you know you were meant to be in charge, and manage things that seemed to be beyond the ability or competence of others. Your life path is one of the lessons about not just achieving material security, but material abundance.

“Lesson” is the keyword here though. You may go through some ups and downs with securing your finances, or feel a struggle to rise to the occasion when it comes to climbing the corporate ladder or growing your own business. This is what you’re meant to be doing though.

You were given a natural air of authority which may intimidate some people. You were not meant to follow, but have the presence necessary to guide others. Life will never feel quite right until you’re playing the role of boss or focusing on achieving some major goals for yourself.

Challenges for Life Lesson 8

Stubborness, rigidity, or being overly strict can become issues if you’re not in balance. Some life lesson 8s become blinded by money and power and use it as their marker of happiness and success. The goal is to gain satisfaction that comes from material freedom, and then maintain a sense of balance and proportion from it.

After many births and deaths, he who is actually in knowledge surrenders unto Me, knowing Me to be the cause of all causes and all that is. Such a great soul is very rare.
